Few boys ask me this on Facebook and twitter how to increase height. I see them having Pepsi,Thumbs up, different kinds of cold inks, burger, junk food. I ask them to leave thesething but they say the cant, other than this tell us anything else with which our height will increase. It is very important to keepmind the do's and don'ts. Lot of people don't know thatone week how much ever calcium you intake through various sourcesand if you have anyone soft ink, it contains so much sugar that you one week's calcium is overone shot.

And if you are addicted to ink soft ink daily then God forbid. Incase you ever slip your bone gets so weak that it may even break. You will often have a hairline fracture. We do not realize all this happens because of our addictive habits. You have to be careful. Now talking about height what is It that we should do with which we can increase our height. touch elbow to knee tuck left toes under lift to one legged bending right knee coming into plank touch your chest inhale reach exhale chest reach the leg up exhale bring it into chest exhale release

high plank side plank modify by bending bottom knee then release left hand take push ups high plank exhale chaturanga upward inhale
